Marty Petraitis Joins BlueShift Technologies as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Response to Growing Global Demand for Its "QuickLink(TM)" Wafer Processing Platform
Andover, Mass., May 29, 2007 — BlueShift™ Technologies, manufacturer of the QuickLink™ wafer processing platform with innovative linkable linear geometry, today announced that industry veteran Marty Petraitis is coming aboard as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his new role Mr. Petraitis is responsible for growing BlueShift Technology's global business.

Mr. Petraitis brings 29 years experience in sales, marketing and consulting in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Prior to joining BlueShift, he led sales for Vykor Inc, a supply chain software solution for cost visibility. Prior to Vykor, Marty served as Vice President of World Wide Sales for Brooks Automation Fabrication user channel and served as Vice President, Asia Pacific Sales and Consulting with FASTech Integration, a successful software start-up in the Manufacturing Execution System space. He also served as Corporate Practice Manager for Digital Equipment's Semiconductor Integration service practice. Mr. Petraitis began his career at National Semiconductor as Director of Automation Systems and Operations of Advanced Manufacturing. He holds MSME and BSME degrees from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
